Our client, a FMCG manufacturer, seeks to appoint a manufacturing manager with overall responsibility for manufacturing and engineering operations. You will lead and motivate a team of supervisors (6) and charge hands (10) alongside having overall responsibility for 100+ operators and technicians across two sites. On offer is a long-term stable position with a growing employer.
