Job Description

The Advanced Manufacturing Manager will report to the COO with full autonomy for a critical value stream and all SQDCP metrics. You will lead a team of approximately 120 personnel, including production and process leaders, and play a pivotal role in delivering a multiyear growth plan. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a high-performance culture
• Identifying and implementing CI strategies to optimise efficiencies
• Collaborating closely with Engineering & Quality leadership on strategy and delivery
• Driving best-in-class inventory and planning
• Leading world-class H&S initiatives

The Successful Applicant

The successful Advanced Manufacturing Manager will possess:

• A dynamic and forward-thinking approach
• Experience in manufacturing highly regulated / safety-critical products
• A strong understanding of lean principles and transformation
• Proven experience in driving systems and cultures to develop capacity and efficiencies, ideally in a transformative environment
