Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment are seeking an experienced Production Manager for a leading food manufacturing business in West London. The role leads a high-volume operation, delivering production plans safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You will sit on the senior leadership team and drive improvements in productivity, costs, service and team performance, coaching frontline managers and championing Health & Safety, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety.

Qualifications

• Proven production leadership experience within food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading and developing management teams.
• Commercially aware, with experience improving productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Health & Safety requirements.
• A proactive leader with a track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results.

Responsibilities
