Job summary

A well-known Coventry-area manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead on-site operations and drive performance. You will manage budgets, oversee production activities and a supervisory team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and efficiency across the line.

Candidates should have management qualifications (NVQ or degree) and proven track record in KPI, P&L and H&S, with strong OPEX/CAPEX budget control experience. Coventry-based role with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manufacturing Manager or in a similar position.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment such as pharmaceutical, consumer goods, food etc.
• NVQ or Degree qualified in management and leadership.
• Experience managing performance of KPIs, P&L, H&S.
• OPEX and CAPEX budget control.

My client are a well known manufacturer of consumer goods in the Coventry area and are looking for a Manufacturing Manager due to expanding their operations on-site.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing production & manufacturing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Managing a team of hygiene managers and production shift managers
