Job summary

You will hold a mechanical or electrical qualification (Level 3+), with advantageous 17th/18th edition wiring regs. You’ll work on hydraulics, pneumatics, 3-phase electrics and PLC fault finding, reporting to the Engineering Manager and supporting a proactive

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification at least Level 3 or equivalent.
• 17th/18th Edition wiring regulations advantageous.
• Experience in manufacturing/production or process engineering.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing is advantageous.
• Fault finding on PLCs; 3-phase electrics; hydraulics and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery.
• Maintain the pre-planned maintenance schedule.
• Involve in machinery strip down, upgrades and installation work.
• Report to Engineering Manager and work with a team of engineers.
