Job summary

• Demonstrable experienceleading manufacturing teams in a complex environment.
• Proven track record delivering improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Experience of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence.
• Ability to influence across multiple business functions with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Manufacturing Team Leaders to create a high-performing organisation.
• Deliver manufacturing output safely, on time, to cost and quality standards.
• Plan resources, facilities and equipment to meet demand; manage constraints and risks.
• Drive 5S, Visual Management and continuous improvement across operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Programme teams to translate requirements into plans.
• Lead readiness activities for new products, technology transfers and future opportunities.
