Qualifications

• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Programme Management or Operations in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of Lean and Toyota Production System principles with practical application.
• Track record of delivering measurable operational improvements beyond workshops.
• Ability to influence across multiple sites and levels from operators to leadership.
• Experience supporting digital/modernisation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation activity across multiple sites, delivering measurable performance improvements (throughput, yield, utilization, cost).
• Roll out and embed Business Operating System tools with consistent usage and sustainability.
• Lead end-to-end improvement activity (Kaizen, A3 - problem solving) from scoping to delivery and follow-up.
• Support growth projects including line setups, capacity expansion, and ramp-ups.
• Collaborate with site leaders to prioritise improvements aligned to business needs.
• Coach and train teams on Lean, A3 thinking and practical CI tools.
• Adapt approach based on site maturity to ensure sustainability of improvements.
