Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing teams in complex environments.
• Proven track record improving safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing activities across their area of responsibility, ensuring safe, on-time and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage Manufacturing Team Leaders and staff to develop capability and engagement.
• Plan resources, facilities and equipment to meet current and future demand.
• Drive KPI focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Programme teams to translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Promote Visual Management, 5S and continuous improvement across operations.
• Lead automation, digitalisation and productivity initiatives.
