Job summary

PA Consulting in Melbourn, United Kingdom, is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to lead front‑end sales with high‑volume manufacturing clients, building trusted relationships and accelerating opportunities. You will work with engineering and supply chain teams to connect client needs with PA’s capabilities and drive early revenue growth.

Ideal candidates will leverage an extensive industry network in Consumer Products and Industrial Systems, and have a proven track record in business

Qualifications

Extensive network in high-volume manufacturing across Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, and Industrial Systems.
Experience in front-end business development, with a strong track record of identifying and opening opportunities.
Track record of developing a structured approach to sales that adapts to changing consumer industry needs.
Understanding of regulatory environment, policies, and trends.
Experience selling consultancy services within Consumer Products and Industrial sectors.
Experience with manufacturing innovation and internal transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Qualify and incubate new or existing accounts into significant revenue-generating clients with long-lasting relationships.
Penetrate existing accounts where PA’s Manufacturing and Supply Chain services are less known, with account teams.
Develop and maintain client engagement plans to map relationships and grow leads for PA’s CRM.
Collaborate with engineering and supply chain to tailor Manufacturing Innovation insights for clients.
Shape market materials with marketing to drive sales and boost PA’s industry recognition.
Lead early opportunities and manage the early stages of our sales process within the CRM tool.
Cultivate relationships until ready for SMEs and bids, and connect clients to PA’s broader capabilities.
