Job summary

tlg talent, in partnership with a leading manufacturing organisation, is recruiting a Senior HR Advisor for its busy Kirkham site. This hands-on HR role is ideal for an operational pro who can influence managers, coach colleagues and align people strategies with site priorities.

You’ll work with HR and operations leaders to deliver day-to-day people priorities and contribute to wider initiatives, including Employee Relations, performance management, change programmes and workforce planning,

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to unionised workforce would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers across a broad range of people matters.
• Support Employee Relations casework.
