You will blend strong financial control with operational and commercial focus to support growth and decision-making. You will lead the finance team, oversee reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and provide commercial insight to improve margins and profitability across the manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior finance role within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong control environment and management accounting expertise.
• Commercial focus with ability to analyse costs, margins and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function with accurate, timely reporting.
• Oversee monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Provide commercial insight to support business decisions and growth.
• Partner with operational teams to improve cost control and profitability.
• Manage cashflow, working capital and financial forecasting.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and controls.
