Distinct | B Corp in East Midlands is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner – Manufacturing to work in a hybrid model (two days on site). You’ll partner with site leadership on labour efficiency, capacity, production planning and working capital as the plant scales.

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification and manufacturing finance experience are essential; you’ll drive cost of quality, shape reporting, and align site metrics with the group.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification required.
• Manufacturing or engineering finance experience essential.
• Comfortable on the shop floor and leading change in processes and systems.

Responsabilités

• Partner site leadership on labour efficiency, capacity and production planning.
• Manage stock and working capital and contribute to margin improvements.
• Quantify cost of quality and drive reporting enhancements as the site scales.
• Collaborate with group finance to align site metrics with broader operations.
