Job summary

Veracious Talent Partners Ltd is recruiting a Manufacturing Finance Business Partner for a manufacturing client. The role focuses on partnering with operational teams to drive performance through cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting and robust financial controls.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will build relationships across the business, challenge assumptions and identify practical opportunities to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in management accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience working in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Qualified by experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with site leaders and operational stakeholders.
• Provide financial insight and constructive challenge to support performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for areas of responsibility.
• Analyse costs and explain performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Produce management information and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support financial assessment of projects, spending decisions and improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, manage costs and profitability.
• Support month-end reporting and maintain financial controls.
