Job summary

ACCA Careers is recruiting a Finance Manager for a Coleshill site in the industrial and manufacturing sector. The role involves overseeing accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and close collaboration with operational teams to drive performance.

You will lead the finance team, ensure regulatory compliance, manage cash flow and forecasting, support senior management with strategic planning, and maintain strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Recognised finance or accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent.
• Qualified by Experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial sector.
• Experience using SAP or S4 Hana.
• Experience with business partnering.
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of financial regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial reports and budgets for the Coleshill site.
• Partner with operational teams to drive business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory financial requirements.
• Manage the finance team.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance; provide insights.
• Support senior management with forecasting and strategic planning.
• Lead and develop the accounting team to meet objectives.
• Manage cash flow and working capital forecasting.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits.
