The CFO HQ in Nottingham is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations across two sites. This permanent, hybrid role requires strong accounting expertise in manufacturing and a track record of delivering accurate reports and strategic insights.

You will manage the finance team, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while driving efficiency and cost reductions. A discretionary bonus applies.

Qualifications

• Professional finance qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) required.
• Manufacturing/industrial sector experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to analyse complex financial data.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and oversee accurate financial reports and budgets for two sites.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
