• Lead month-end close and management accounts for a manufacturing unit.
• Provide timely, insightful financial information to support decisions.
• Manage balance sheet, controls and audit readiness.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Develop and coach the finance team to improve capability.
• Drive standard costing, manufacturing variances and cost control.
