Job summary

Transaction Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager in Worcester on a hybrid basis. You will run the finance function, own the system, and shape processes for growth, with equity and real ownership in the business.

You’ll report to the Finance Director, lead a finance team, and drive budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning as the company scales. This is a hands-on, influential role shaping finance for the next growth phase.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with manufacturing experience.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn complex figures into practical insight.
• Excellent communication and highly organised approach with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Run the daily finance operation from ledgers to monthly close, hands-on where needed.
• Own monthly management accounts, variance analysis and reporting.
• Maintain balance sheet cleanliness with reconciliations and controls.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team and act as Sage 200 lead.
