Counted Recruitment is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for a Worcester-based role with hybrid working. You will run the finance function, manage ledgers, cashflow, and monthly close, owning the financial reporting and controls while shaping the Sage 200 system to scale with the business.

The role focuses on ownership, process improvement, and collaboration with production and commercial teams to ensure accurate product costing and stock accounting, with support from the Finance Director.

Formación

• Manufacturing finance experience with product costing and inventory control.
• Strong UK GAAP knowledge and financial controls.
• Experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Analytical approach turning numbers into practical insight.

Responsabilidades

• Run daily finance operations, close monthly accounts, manage ledgers and cashflow.
• Own monthly management accounts, variance analysis and reporting.
• Lead and develop the finance team; ensure timely, accurate outputs.
• Act as Sage 200 lead, shape setup, workflows and reporting.
