Job summary

Evolve Personnel is recruiting a Finance Manager / Financial Controller for a client near Hereford. The role leads the financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance and robust controls across a manufacturing business.

You will partner with local management and the Regional UK Finance Director, drive month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and continuous improvement of finance processes. On-site role with a collaborative finance team.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience in manufacturing or product-based environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning skills.
• Experience with audit and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage month-end close and financial reporting.
• Provide financial insights to local management and Regional UK Finance Director.
• Develop and coach the finance team.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and group policies.
