Unipart in Southport is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the Manufacturing Engineering function and Toolroom, driving strategy, industrialising new products, and implementing safe, capable processes to support operational excellence and growth.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will coach a team of 6 engineers, develop the site manufacturing engineering roadmap, apply lean tools, analyse process capability, and collaborate with Design, Quality, Procurement, customers and
Salary and benefits:Up to £60,000 (depending on experience) plus 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, bonus, life

This is a fully site based role and you should be prepared to commute to the Southport site 5 days per week.
