Job summary

Tangerine Group in Lytham St Annes is seeking an experienced Head of Manufacturing & Engineering to lead manufacturing, engineering and asset care, delivering strategy and operational excellence in a growing animal health and nutrition business.

You will drive continuous improvement, maximise equipment uptime, manage budgets, lead capital projects, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and develop technical capability across teams.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record in batch and/or process manufacturing.
• Experience developing and delivering manufacturing and engineering strategies.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and capital projects.

• Develop and implement the manufacturing strategy to support business growth.
• Lead continuous improvement programmes and ensure safety and quality.
