Qualifications

• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, MSA, and First Article Inspection.
• Strong knowledge of the factory’s capabilities, resources planning, lead time and cost drivers.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and approve manufacturing methods, including SOPs, across all process steps.
• Provide technical direction for the revalidation and manufacture of Steam Turbine components.
• Investigate and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
