The role offers hybrid working (2-3 days from home after probation), ongoing training, and a collaborative environment with office dogs, socials, and a culture that supports career development.

Qualifications

• A proven ability to build relationships and develop business
• Commercial mindset with confidence picking up the phone

• Manufacturing or Engineering recruitment experience is a plus but not essential

Responsibilities

• Building and growing your own 360 recruitment desk
• Working with warm clients initially while developing new business opportunities
• Winning new clients and developing long-term relationships
• Building a strong network of candidates across Manufacturing & Engineering
• Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
• Sourcing talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking and proactive search
• Developing your personal brand and reputation within the market
• Taking ownership of your desk, your clients and your billings
