Job summary

Magnus Search is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to own and scale a high-potential desk in the industrial and driving sectors. This true 360 role focuses on business development, client strategy, and delivering temporary and permanent recruitment with autonomy.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, mentor junior consultants, and lead client meetings and site visits to drive revenue and quality. The role is office-based in Bristol (Aztec West, Almondsbury) with occasional client visits;

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years’ experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
• Proven track record of billing success and desk growth.
• Experience within industrial and/or driving recruitment (highly desirable).
• Strong business development skills with the ability to win and retain clients.
• Confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and growth of a high-performing recruitment desk.
• Building and managing strategic client relationships within industrial & driving sectors.
• Proactively winning new business and expanding existing key accounts.
• Taking detailed job briefs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to placement and retention.
