Following a successful year, we're expanding and seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop a new desk in the Manufacturing and Engineering sectors.

This role involves managing full recruitment cycles across the UK, Europe, and North America, working closely with clients to fill roles from mid to senior level. Earnings are driven by a generous, uncapped commission structure.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of successful permanent recruitment experience in technical, engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Passion for sales, business development, and recruitment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage recruitment cycles, and deliver fee generation.

Responsibilities:

Client Side:

• Source vacancies via internet, social media, conferences, and networking
• Negotiate terms and generate revenue
• Approach existing and new clients to secure opportunities
• Create job adverts and attract candidates
• Build and maintain client relationships and attend meetings

Candidate/Resourcing Side:

• Source and select candidates through various channels
• Hunt and approach candidates directly
• Interview and profile candidates, book interviews, and negotiate offers

This is a full-time, permanent role with flexible working options. You must have the right to work in the UK, a valid driver’s license, and passport without restrictions. Full training and ongoing mentorship will be provided.
