Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology UK seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to plan and create systematic processes for the manufacture of components based on customer requirements and standard times to ensure the most efficient method of manufacture.

They will develop manufacturing methods, document programs/tools/setup details, and apply Lean principles to improve productivity and efficiency. The role includes CNC programming and supporting shop floor output and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and creating systematic manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create CNC programs using Mazak/Mazatrol for manufacturing.
• Develop and update manufacturing methods, documents, tooling and setup details.
• Improve productivity and efficiency through Lean initiatives and cost reduction.
