Job summary
Celeros Flow Technology in the UK is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design and implement efficient manufacturing processes for CNC and manual machining. You will develop methods, set up tooling, program CNC machines, and apply Lean principles to improve productivity and cost effectiveness across the shop floor.

Qualifications
- HNC/HND Mechanical Engineering required with proven track record in manufacturing roles.
- Lean manufacturing techniques and CNC/manual machining knowledge in milling/turning.
- Strong communication skills and team leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Create/modify CNC programs using Siemens/Mazak/Heidenhain language.
- Prepare/update manufacturing methods, tooling, and setup details for production.
- Develop and improve manufacturing methods utilizing Lean principles.
- Lead robust lean processes to meet quality, delivery and cost targets.
- Support machine shop with process issues, program creation, and supplier collaboration.
