Qualifications

• Reads engineering drawings and translates designs into manufacturable processes.
• Works hands-on as a problem solver across design, production and quality.
• Strong communication skills when coordinating with engineers and operators.
• IPC-A-610 knowledge or training is desirable to support product assembly.

Responsibilities

• Read engineering drawings and take a hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Act as the link between Engineering and Production, supporting and training operators.
• Investigate defects, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support New Product Introduction and continuous improvement activities.
