Job summary
Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Northamptonshire to ensure products are manufacturable with high quality, reliability, and repeatability. The role requires analyzing defects, driving root-cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions for new and existing products.
The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing, participate in NPI and design reviews, and contribute to the development of new manufacturing solutions and processes,
Qualifications
- Experience analyzing manufacturing defects and process failures to determine root cause.
- Knowledge of DFMEA and PFMEA processes.
- Interface between Engineering and Manufacturing to develop and introduce new or improved manufacturing processes.
- Participation in NPI and design reviews, providing manufacturing input and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all products can be manufactured in a quality assured, reliable, scalable and repeatable manner.
- Perform analysis of manufacturing defects and process failures to determine root cause and develop corrective actions.
- Conduct DFMEA / PFMEA reviews for new and existing products and technologies.
- Act as the interface between Engineering and Manufacturing to develop and enhance manufacturing solutions.
