Adecco is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve performance across machining, heavy engineering and related processes. You will work on the shop floor with production teams, identifying challenges, implementing solutions, and creating robust, repeatable processes to drive real improvements.
You should have an engineering qualification (HNC/HND or degree) and experience in a manufacturing environment. CAD familiarity and a hands-on, proactive attitude are valued as you help reduce downtime

Working Pattern: Full Time, Days Only
In this key position, you will play an integral role in enhancing manufacturing performance across machining, heavy engineering, and associated production processes. You’ll be on the shop floor, collaborating closely with production teams to identify challenges, implement effective solutions, and establish robust, repeatable processes.
