Job summary

People First is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Supply Chain Specialist based in Reading. You will manage end-to-end order lifecycles for distributors, retailers, and e-commerce including Amazon, and coordinate between UK operations and global HQ.

The role requires at least 2 years in supply chain or logistics, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus. Office-based, permanent role with ASAP start in the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or operations.
• Attention to detail and a right-first-time mindset for high-volume data.
• Excellent English, spoken and written.
• Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong change management and data sensitivity with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Proactive problem solving and ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle for Distributors, Retailers and E-commerce (including Amazon).
• Coordinate between UK operations and Regional/Global HQ for inventory and logistics.
• Develop dashboards to track KPIs and identify bottlenecks.
• Monitor stock health and coordinate replenishment across channels.
• Assist refining SOPs during transition and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations.
