Senior Manager of Operations - What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies to mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with correspondent banks to facilitate smooth support and quick resolution of issues.
• Liaise with Business Development and Financial Markets departments to meet funding requirements and manage funds movements promptly.
• Lead projects related to operational systems, ensuring timely completion, achievement of objectives, and cost efficiencies. Ensure smooth, error-free transitions during system changes or upgrades.
• Liaise with Head Office and IT regarding system issues and other business needs.
• Supervise and lead a team of banking professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to streamline processes and achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the operations team.
• Provide specialist knowledge and support to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
• Prepare regular Management Information (MI) reports for the management team.
• Assist with and cover any tasks within the department as needed.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Loans Administration.
• In-depth understanding of Payment Operations.

• Experience in the Financial Services Industry with a proven track record in similar roles.
• Strong team player with a diligent work ethic and excellent communication skills.
