Job Title: Mandarin speaking Senior Loan Relationship Manager - Banking

The Skills You'll Need: Mandarin and English fluent. Solid Syndication loans experience in Corporate Banking in the UK and relevant Finance degree. Experience in UK big banks.

Reporting to: Head of Loan Department

What You'll be Doing:

• Sourcing new business for Corporate Banking and developing existing relationships to generate revenue and meet targets, ensuring compliance with the bank's risk appetite and policies.
• Developing relationships with arrangers through lender meetings and with relationship managers to solicit potential syndication loans in primary and secondary markets.
• Meeting loan growth targets (KPIs).
• Providing market insights on syndication loans.
• Coordinating loan application processes with head office approval, branch loan departments, and risk management.
• Completing other duties and projects as assigned by senior management.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Excellent written and verbal skills in Mandarin and English.
• Expertise in syndication loans analysis with a proven record in Corporate Banking.
• Strong knowledge of syndication roles and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with good time management skills.
