Our client is seeking an exceptional Senior Associate Solicitor to lead their Asia Pacific client portfolio within their prestigious Residential Property team. This is a unique opportunity to join a top-tier City law firm recognised for delivering premium, bespoke legal services to international High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) investing in prime London Residential real estate.

About the Role

You will play a key leadership role, managing high-value residential transactions and developing our client base across Asia, with a particular focus on Hong Kong and Greater China.

Acting as the main point of contact for Asia-based clients, you will provide strategic, culturally fluent guidance and legal expertise to HNWIs navigating the complexities of UK property investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-value residential property transactions in prime central London.
• Develop and expand our Asia Pacific client base, with a focus on Chinese-speaking markets.
• Provide tailored legal advice to overseas buyers, companies, property developers and banks
• Represent the firm at international client events, industry conferences, and private networking opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and support the continued growth of the residential property department.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 6 years’ PQE in residential real estate.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Proven experience acting for HNWIs from Asia investing in UK property.
• Deep understanding of the cultural, legal, and practical issues faced by overseas buyers.
• Exceptional client care skills and a commitment to delivering a premium service.
