Job summary

People First is seeking a Mandarinspeaking Paid Media Manager for Reading, UK to own and optimize paid media strategy across Google Ads, Bing Ads and emerging AI Ads. The role focuses on driving traffic, conversions and revenue for a D2C website with a strong emphasis on Mandarin-language campaigns and scaleable performance marketing.

The position is office-based in Reading, permanent and start ASAP, offering a salary up to £45k depending on experience.

Qualifications

Mandarin language proficiency required.
Experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads and other platforms.
Familiarity with AI-driven advertising trends and eCommerce
Strong analytical, optimization and performance marketing mindset.

Responsibilities

Own and manage paid media strategy across Google Ads, Bing Ads and emerging AI Ads to drive traffic, conversions and revenue growth for the D2C website.
Plan, optimise and scale campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and remarketing.
Collaborate with external paid media agencies to develop strategy and oversee campaign execution.
Test audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages and structure to maximise ROAS.
Manage and allocate paid media budgets to hit commercial targets and growth objectives.
Monitor industry trends, platform updates and developments in AI advertising to identify opportunities.
