Appeal Guru Limited in London is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Growth Specialist (bilingual English/Mandarin) to lead brand architecture and content strategy, driving client acquisition across global e-commerce ecosystems. You will own high-converting narratives from scratch and build scalable marketing systems.

The role focuses on bridging English- and Mandarin-speaking ecosystems, driving organic traffic to convert into B2B inquiries, and managing cross-border campaigns and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Proven success in building brand systems and driving millions of impressions.
• Experience with major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, etc.).
• Ability to translate services into high-converting narratives.
• Educational background in Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a cohesive cross-channel content marketing strategy.
• Design campaigns targeting international Amazon sellers, especially Mandarin-speaking owners.
• Lead organic growth and content-led lead generation to drive client inquiries.
• Plan and manage integrated digital campaigns and industry events.
• Coordinate partnerships and collaborations to scale services.
