Burberry Heathrow is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Client Advisor to join our luxury retail team at Terminal 5. You will deliver personalised experiences, showcase Burberry heritage, and guide clients through styling and product recommendations.

You will build lasting relationships with international clients, support sales targets, and contribute to a collaborative store culture that reflects Burberry's values and standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English; able to engage diverse international clients.
• Previous experience in luxury or premium retail.
• Strong client engagement and service orientation.
• Commercial awareness and willingness to meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of Burberry products and brand heritage is a plus.
