The role requires fluent Mandarin and English, a Computing/Engineering degree, and strong IT operations and security experience. Hybrid? No—the role is based in Central London with 5 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Degree in Computing or Engineering related fields.
• Solid work experience in IT operations, maintenance, and security.
• Good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and network environments.
• Independent problem-solving ability and ability to coordinate resources.
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of information security and cybersecurity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of IT in managing the London Branch’s IT functions with focus on operations and maintenance.
• Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and maintenance.
• Manage network and core system operations and maintenance.
• Implement Head of IT's IT operations and maintenance requirements.
• Handle IT changes, incidents and problems.
• Support disaster recovery, emergency response and business continuity.
• Assist London branch staff with IT needs and ensure proper technology and support.
• Support information security work and safeguard the branch’s network against cybersecurity events.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and third-party service providers.
• Support implementation of Branch IT projects.
• Research new technologies and support digitalization in London branch.
