Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, production operations, asset management, and business continuity planning.
• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure Manager to ensure smooth IT services for the Bank.
• Perform maintenance and changes to IT infrastructure to meet business needs.
• Draft IT manuals and production management procedures.
• Ensure network security reviews and DR plans are up-to-date.
• Train bank staff on IT knowledge.
