Group Reporting Analyst - Summary:

• Support the accurate and timely preparation of group financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to senior management to aid strategic decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between finance teams in London and China, ensuring alignment in reporting standards.
• Support local reporting teams as necessary.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with the preparation and consolidation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Work with local teams to verify financial results.
• Coordinate with auditors for smooth audit processes.
• Update finance work/control processes with risk teams.
• Collaborate with Shared Service Centre on FMIS reporting and consolidation.
• Assist in reporting for Europe's entities.
• Drive improvements in reporting systems and processes.
• Participate in ERP upgrade projects.
• Handle ad hoc analysis requests.

Skills Needed:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
• Experience in medium/large companies.
• Deep understanding of IFRS.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to multitask.
• Note: Extended hours may be required during month-end close, with time off in lieu.
