Position Summary
Based in London, the Senior Brand Marketing Executive(Chinese Speaking) will be a key member of the Brand and Marketing team, reporting directly to the Assistant Brand Marketing Manager. This role will primarily focus on shopper marketing initiatives; from campaign asset production, POSM design and production, retail cooking demo arrangements and retail and trade exhibitions support. The role is critical to ensuring all designs align with Lee Kum Kee's brand identity and effectively engage customers across various touchpoints.
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with a strong passion for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Experience in POSM design , strongcopywriting skills inboth English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) , and FMCG experience are highly desirabl e. A genuine interest in cooking and food culture is also essential for the role.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, creative agencies, and internal departments. The successful candidate will deliver impactful POSM materials for European campaigns and initiatives. The role will also support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, maintaining brand consistency and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
· POSM & Design Management: Lead the creation and production of POS materials, including but not limited to posters, booklets, banners, and booth designs etc. Ensuring all designs align with the brand’s identity and effectively engage customers, while showcasing the creative flare.
· Creative Execution & Liaison: Develop and execute creative concepts for POS, booth designs, and campaigns promotion material that reflect the brand’s vision while engaging the target audience. Work with designers, external agencies, internal teams, and production vendors to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
· Campaign Planning & Execution: Support the team to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility across various sectors and platforms; including print media design, PR materials design and production, and events support.
· Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyses, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
· Logistics Coordination: Manage product deliveries, logistics, and tracking for campaigns and events, ensuring smooth execution.
· Ad Hoc Projects & Administrative Support: Assist with additional marketing tasks, research, and administrative duties as required to support team objectives and business needs.
Requirements and Skills:
· Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing and project management. Proven track record in brand marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry. (Candidates with less experience will be consider as a Brand Marketing Executive.)
· Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas for campaigns, POSM, and booth design concepts.
· Independence: Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
· Fast-Paced Environment: Excel in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
· Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), with excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
· Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing objectives.
· Organizational Skills: Highly organized attention to details, with a focus on managing multiple projects and priorities effectively
