Qualifications

• Hands-on IDC/Data Center operations experience.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required for international environment.
• 1+ years of IDC/Data Center IT Operations experience.
• Familiar with incident management and SOP/EOP procedures.
• Knowledge of server hardware, networking, and structured cabling.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 5×8 IDC/data center operations and on-site support.
• Respond to incidents, execute work orders, and handle temporary operational tasks per SLA.
• Conduct risk analysis and implement risk controls; optimize SOP/EOP processes.
• Independently troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure issues; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Support server hardware maintenance, network equipment, and structured cabling to ensure stable service delivery.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives; optimize workflows and team stability.
• Coordinate projects and drive cross-team collaboration.
