Job summary

Titanicom Tech Limited in London is seeking an experienced Facility Expert to oversee mission-critical infrastructure operations across global projects, ensuring reliability and safety. You will manage daily operations, coordinate power, HVAC, low-voltage systems, and incident response, while leading cross-functional teams across regions to maintain uptime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facility / critical infrastructure / IDC operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, low-voltage, or facility systems.
• Experience in mission-critical environments preferred.
• Familiar with incident management, risk control, and emergency response.
• Team management and project coordination experience.
• Able to support on-site response when incidents occur.

TITANICOM is hiring experienced Facility Experts to support mission‑critical infrastructure operations across large-scale international projects.

We are looking for professionals with backgrounds in:

• Battery Manufacturing
• Critical Industrial Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure environments
• Support power, HVAC, low-voltage, and facility systems lifecycle management
• Handle incident response, fault recovery, RCA, and risk analysis
• Develop and optimize SOP / EOP / MOP operational procedures
• Lead emergency management and operational readiness activities
• Coordinate infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and change management
• Drive operational stability, compliance, safety, and efficiency improvements
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across regions
