Responsibilities

• Participate in marketing activities to achieve business development targets.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers and maintain relationships.
• Process account opening applications.
• Handle cash and related duties as cashier at closed counter.
• Carry out client onboarding and AML/KYC/KYB checks per bank policies.
• Request and obtain source of funds and source of wealth where appropriate.
• Ensure all activities adhere to internal guidelines and regulatory policies.
• Assist with preparing reports for business, AML and internal audits.
• Cover for other staff when required.
