Qualifications

• Experience in managing transformation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong insurance domain knowledge across claims, marketing, distribution, operations.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Industry certifications such as ACII, FCII, CIP, CPCU preferred.
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives across global and local teams.
• Define product features and roadmaps for digital solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across time zones to deliver projects.
