You will collaborate with SMEs, executives and cross-functional teams to map current processes, define future operating models and oversee the delivery of strategic business solutions across the organisation. You will liaise with diverse stakeholders, drive workshops, design complex business applications, and help ensure the AI initiatives meet business expectations in accuracy and

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering requirements with geographically dispersed technical teams.
• Experience in delivering business solutions for strategic projects balancing cost, quality and time.
• Awareness of KPIs for large scale projects.
• Strong ability to map as-is to to-be processes and gap analysis.

Responsibilities

• Document and analyse as-is processes and map to-be processes aligning to future operating model.
• Liaise between business and SMEs, executives, designers, product managers, developers, QA.
• Coordinate workshops with stakeholders across projects.
• Collaborate on design of complex business applications using latest technologies.
• Create and review test cases with stakeholders and end users for UAT.
• Support AI model testing to meet business accuracy and performance expectations.
• Contribute to ongoing solution design and post-transition support.
• Work across multiple projects to assist with AI function when workload is light.
