Job summary

Chubb in London is seeking an AI Engineer to join the Global Analytics team. You will lead end-to-end development of production-grade AI systems, from training and fine-tuning models to building high-performance inference pipelines.

You will write clean Python, implement LoRA/PEFT, optimize inference, and deploy via Docker/Kubernetes, collaborating with analysts to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering with production experience.
• Strong Python (SOLID/DRY), modular design, and testing practices.
• Experience with LLM training cycles, PEFT, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and fine-tuning of domain-specific models.
• Architect high-throughput inference pipelines and minimize TTFT.
• Deploy and monitor models in containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
