Job summary

People First in Reading, UK is hiring a Mandarin speaking E-commerce Specialist (TikTok Shop) to manage daily TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory updates, while coordinating creator and affiliate partnerships.

The role also covers order processing, after-sales support, data tracking and cross‑platform tasks across Amazon and other e-commerce channels, with a salary up to £35k and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and daily operational discipline.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily TikTok Shop operations including listings, pricing, promotions and inventory.
• Support recruitment, selection and management of creators and affiliate partners.
• Process orders and handle after-sales issues; coordinate with warehousing and logistics.
• Maintain TikTok Shop data and monitor store performance and campaigns.
• Provide cross-platform support across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
