Job summary

Aaron Wallis is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover Manchester, responsible for winning SME business and building long-term customer relationships. You will manage your own territory, generate new leads and close deals with business owners face-to-face.

The role offers £37,000 base salary, £5,000 car allowance, and uncapped commission with realistic OTE around £60K. Full training, ongoing support and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or field sales (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Comfortable generating your own leads and approaching new businesses.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven and motivated by earning potential.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating new business through cold calling, door-to-door activity and referrals.
• Managing your own pipeline, diary and territory.
• Meeting business owners face-to-face and presenting solutions.
• Closing new business and building long-term customer relationships.
• Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems.
