CUBE Consulting is seeking a talented field-based New Business Development Executive to join the UK territory management field sales team, covering North Manchester and Oldham. You will manage your diary and have a real impact on growing the business in the region.

Offering an excellent base salary with uncapped commission, including an expected first-year bonus of £15-20k, plus a company car and laptop. On target earnings can be substantial in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business sales (B2B) with ability to win clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven mentality with a hunger for success.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new potential business clients in your territory via cold calling, face-to-face meetings and managing your own diary.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
